During this workshops you will learn:

Foundations of Nutrition

Macronutrients – protein, carbohydrates and fats (good sources of each)

Micronutrients – what are they, why do we need them and where can we get them?

The Energy equation and Energy balance and how to manipulate your bodyweight.

What is the perfect diet?
Duration: 1 hour or multiple 45minute sessions
Participants: Unlimited for online desk yoga / or remote yoga. 10/15 participants for in person depending on the space you have.

Anxiety, Mental Health & Breath Work Workshop
Harness the power of your breath through guided techniques to improve mental clarity, reduce stress, and enhance overall
well-being

Break stigmas and taboos around Mental Health and provide your employees with tools to better themselves so they can bring their best selves to work

A judgement free way for self-exploration and creativity. A great activity to bring your team together in a fun environment. Our talented artists would lead and guide the session to help you create your masterpiece which you can be proud to display.
