Wellness services

In-office massage

20 minutes of an in-chair head, neck, shoulders, back and hands massage (can be adapted according to the client). This massage relieves stress and reduces tension, it also helps release serotonin into your body. So, it's an excellent mood booster!


This is reducing stress on both muscles and joints, stimulating the body to release physical tension. We do not require the removal of any garments.


**We are dedicated to creating an environment that allows our clients to enjoy their treatments in a safe and controlled space. Each area will be sanitised after use.


All equipment is sanitised prior to and between each treatment. We carry out risk assessments prior to each booking.


All our therapists are instructed to maintain cleanliness by washing and sanitizing their hands thoroughly. Our uniforms are worn during treatment only.

the art workshop

Creating art for just 45 minutes can reduce stress hormones. A judgement free way for self-exploration and creativity. A great activity to bring your team together in a fun environment. Our talented artists would lead and guide the session to help you create your masterpiece which you can be proud to display.

Each workshop would consist of 10-12 people for a period of 45 minutes, all materials including aprons will be provided. The artist on the day will provide guidance and inspiration to help create your work of art.

meditation sessions

Our meditation sessions are a great way to bring your team together in a relaxing collaborative environment. With so many benefits to be gained just from an hour session, this is a sure way to bring wellness to your workplace.

A 1-hour meditation session with a maximum of 10 people will include breathing techniques, deep meditation, and stretching. The session can be done on chairs; however, it’s preferred for the session to be on mats. Our highly experiences meditation facilitator will talk you through this spiritual practice guiding you to ultimate relaxation.

SOUND HEALING

Our sound bath sessions are the perfect way to give your colleagues a moment to pause, rest and reset. These sessions are specially designed to induce a deep level of relaxation benefiting all and particularly those use to a fast paced lifestyle or pressurised situations.

A 1-hour meditation session with a maximum of 10 people will include a 10 minute breathwork session, a 40 minute sound bath and 5 minutes of conscious gratitude. The session can be done on chairs; however, it’s preferred for the session to be on mats using an eyemask. Our highly experienced sound therapist will talk you through this spiritual practice guiding you to ultimate relaxation.
